I have 5 Cell C contracts and have upgraded my second contract in September 2013. In October 2013 I've booked the [hone in for repairs. Then again with the same problem. then for a 3rd and 4th time in December 2013. today my husband went to collect the phone only to find that Cell C has replaced the motherboard and the serial number of the phone. Yet the claim to have refurbished the handset.
they've send me my same phone back with scratches on as I've sent it ot them, but they say It's a different handset.
I want a new handset make and model back.
