Incorrect Billing amounts

I went to MTN head office on Monday 4th March 2013 to query the dramatic increase in my account.
Specifically the one on Number 0832500395. The only thing they could do was give me itemised bills for the 3 months i.e. December 2012, January 2013 and February 2013. The main concern of MTN was that I had been out of the country, which I have not. The person who helped me gave me his email add as [Email Removed] and all the emails get returned mail delivery problem so cant get him to help.
I got upgrades I was told that the package would stay the same, now I have made maybe a few extra calls but the total time I used the phone was less, so please explain to me if the package remains the same and I am on the phone for less time how can the account treble. Clearly there is a billing fault. Also the average cost has escalated from /- 80c to /- R2.50c.
I do not use the internet [although I have some free MB]. My cellphone usage is very basic and quite frankly I cannot afford these high accounts.

So now what?
