My phone got booked in for repairs due to water damage. I acknowledge the error is on my side but I wont be spoken to as if I'm a school child. 1. I pay for the insurance on monthly basis. 2. If I'm expected to pay R 951.32 as access for water damage I should be allowed to question why I'm paying such a preposterous amount and know what my options are. Instead I get a rude Renne on the phone telling me that my policy got sent to me in 2007 like really lady??? Once I asked to speak to her supervoisor 'Ryan', she's all of a sudden her PA. Once VODACOM is ready to answer my questions and actually LISTEN to what I have to say please call me and make sure your willing to listen before the play PA's!
