We bought a 1Gig data balance from Vodacom in the beginning of February 2013 that was paid with my monthly debit order on the 25th February that is supposed to expire at the end of March 2013. At the end of February we decided the data is to much per month and decided to cancel the 1Gig of data. When I checked my account suddenly the full remaining balance is expiring at the end of February instead of the end of March. I phoned the call centre and a very unhelpful call centre agent just said that is the way it is and there is nothing i can do about it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I am still waiting for them to get back to me. How can I loose data I paid for, are you going to refund me?? Vodacom is basically from its customers!! Why when you carry over data the new data for the month is used first instead of the previous months data first. Another trick because you will loose the old data that you paid for.
