Contacted MTN at least 5 times over the last 4 months complaining about no or very slow connections even though every one of my three devices has full HSDPA signal. The MTN support number I used was 083 900 1212 and was also told that they cannot provide me with a reference number. On the last two occasions I was put through to another helpdesk (083 1555) who 1st logged the fault and provided me with a ref nr and then today (48hrs later) claimed that the ref nr does not exist on the system (SMC00003519019).
Meanwhile I am losing more than 2Gb worth of data EVERY MONTH. How will I be reimbursed for that???
I will be cancelling every one of my three contracts if this is not resolved soon.
