I sent my phone in for repairs on the 10th of Jan at menlyn because of an internal crack, i got a few sms's saying that my phone has been booked in for repairs, Which was about two days after. ever since then it has been quite.
first the screen cracks internally by its self and im told its my fault even though Sony has that problem with their phones and screen world wide; and im not the first to complain about this problem. and now my phone is taking for ever to be repaired.
may you please check whats taking so long to fix the phone???
