Poor Service Delivery

I am a Standard Bank employee. I work in Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort. I went to MTN Simmondstreet on 12/02 to apply for an upgrade of my current package. I signed all the necessary forms and provide all the documents needed. The upgraded package entitled me to a SAMSUNG GALAXY TABLET P2. I was promised delivery for Wednesday 20/02. On 20/02 I received an email from Mpho to advise me there is no stock and she will let me know when stock is uploaded. On 04/03 I was advise that stock is uploaded and that I'll receive the SAMSUNG GALAXY TABLET P2 in the next day or two. On 06/03 the MTN courier arrived, BUT with a SAMSUNG GT-B5330 phone. I rejected the goods as "incorrect model supplied".and courier left with the phone. I was told to phone Raeleen Welman (0832121144) or email here. I phoned about 6 times and send her a couple of emails. I could see that she open and read my emails, but she does not bother to reply or to react to any of the voicemails. I left on her phone.(PATHETIC!!!) I must say Mpho is trying to assist me, but it is now almost two days later and I still do not know when I'll receive the correct device. I am considering to cancel the upgrade and move to Vodacom
