I have received good service from mweb so far during the entire application process. The sales consultants were knowledgeable and friendly, service was quick and overall it has been a good experience. However, it is such a shame that all of that is erased by the most frustrating error!

Everything has been setup for the adsl and it should be working. However, as the final step in the process mweb has a landing page for you to agree to their terms and conditions. Basically what happens is this... any website you enter in the search bar will be redirected to this landing page, until you click "agree" with their terms and conditions. This is where the system error (bug) is. No matter how many times I click on agree, no matter how many times I close and re open my web browser, no matter how many times I try using different web browser's I CANNOT USE THE INTERNET because I am always redirected to the landing page. It's not even the fact that time is ticking away under the contractual agreements, it is just the pure frustration of such a simple problem on mweb's system that is holding me back! Spending about 45 minutes chatting to a technical specialist did not help. I'm disappointed.
