Unauthorized deduction of phone contracts account

I have realized that my phone contract account's data was deducted every month, went to my contract supplier and was told that it was mira networks that deduct my data. I called mira networks to unsubscribe but 2 months later my account's data is still deducted. This is so illegal since I never subscribed with mira networks in the first place. Please assist.
