Airtime Credit has has been illegally deducted from my mobile account over the past few months. MTN has informed me that Mira Networks is deducting my airtime for some subscription. I have no idea what subscription they are referring to and have not given any authorization for anything like this. MTN refuses to intervene. This is unacceptable and Mira Networks is clearly an illegal operation. MTN should intervene and stop companies like Mira Networks from deducting airtime without people's authorization. I demand a full refund of my airtime for the past few months!!!
