Appalling the service and still not getting phone

Vodacom where do I start. I've been literally begging to buy a contract phone from Vodacom for two weeks now. I sent a request for the Lumia 820 online but no one called back. Sent another call back request and then nothing again. I then resorted to the online chat, which worked and I spoke to Farouk who promised an agent would call me back but, you guessed it, NOTHING!!!

In the end I decided to walk-in to a vodashop in Campus square, on Tuesday this week, where I filled in the form, gave my ID and was told I've been approved. The only thing I had to do was send all the supporting documents, which I DID yesterday, and then I'd get my phone.

Today, after realising the silence would kill me, I called the Vodashop to find out when my phone would be delivered or if I'd have to collect it. Then I was told the phone I'm getting is the blackberry, but no reason was given. Now, I DO NOT WANT A BALCKBERRY, THAT'S WHY I NEVER REQUESTED A BLACKBERRY. I want a Lumia 820 and thats it!

Please call me and tell when I can collect my phone. I've been with vodacom too long to tolerate this.
