Where to begin. So, I was due for an upgrade and decided to do it online to eliminate the R150 charge when doing it in a store. So went online, don't think I read all the fine prints but chose a contract and for some reason thought I would stay on my current contract. They delivered the phone the Blackberry Z10 the next morning. I then got an sms later that afternoon telling me my contract will move to the Smart S contract at the end of the month. I then realised my mistake and called the Call Centre same time, spoke to a consultant and expalined the situation to her telling that I did make a mistake (im sure Human Beings are allowed to do that? especailly with no explanations online) anyway the consultant understood my plight and explained that somebody will come and collect the phone and I can then do my upgrade again and I agreed and said I would definitly go into a Vodashop to do my upgrade!!!
A couple of days passed and nobody came to collect the phone. So i called the Call centre again and got a colnsultant that left me hanging while she chatted to her neighbour I could hear the whole conversationa dn was saying HELLO for about 2 mins!!! to be continued, run out of space!!
