On Friday 01/03/2013, I did an upgrade request on the Vodacom website, and was given a response that within 24 hours I will be contacted. To date, I have still not. When I did try calling the tel no on the web page, the was transfered from one department to another, and another and no one has yet able to provide me with that specific upgrade request. I have left numerous callbacks, and STILL NO RESPONSE!!!
