Am extremely upset with the service provided by the Online Sales team and RAM courier service at Vodacom. On 08/11/2013 I placed an order via the Online sales department at Vodacom for the new Iphone 5s. On the 12 I needed to follow up as 24 hrs passed, and no one called. The the 14th the deal was redone as no Gold 19/11/2013 we contacted Vodacom to request the status of the deilvery, they then said that there wasdefinate date of delivery as they advise on a specific day that it can be deliver... Suppose you guys have the market share and just don't give a. And guess what your competitors are cheaper. Maybe I should give another service provider a chance... Vodacom full of promises, but cannot deliver... no idea what customer service is all about
