Contract cancelled but debits are still going off!

I have cancelled this contract on the 14th of Jan yet the debit order went off on the 1st of March!

Please can you explain to me why this happened and when I can expect a refund? I also did not get confirmation as to when the last debit order will go off after I asked for it. I have sent numerous emails but no one gets back to me!
