It is with joy in my hart and a smile on my face that I give this report. After months and months of battling incompetence, and no replies there comes this shinning star across my path that is Biotumelo Mkhuma. She phone me and I explained my problem to her as I have done to so many others at Cell C after I stop paying my account to get their attention. A couple of days later she phone me back asked for some more information and after a few calls to keep me in the loop my problem was solved. I can report that my "99c per min contract" which turned out to be a "R3.48 per min contract" was cancelled, my ITC report status was corrected and I am awaiting the payment of my refund. Biotumelo Mkhuma should be made employee of the decade at CellC and I tip my hat to her for exceptional service and friendliness, a true shinning star in the dark night that is CellC.
