I was in arrears last month [January 2013] in February MTN collected for January and February bill which is fine and the debit order went through. I receive calls from V V M telling me that I owe MTN and must make payment arrangements and I have asked them to check with MTN and they keep harassing me.

The annoying part is that I around October or November 2012 I was not aware that I should switch off internet off and my bill came out as R6800 and I paid them and they end up owing me around R2700 and now this is getting to my nerves especially when I have used their service since 1999.

I do not know how many times I have told VVM the account has been settled.
