My report on the moneys being from me by CellC and being paid over to MIRA has still not been resolved. A CellC person called me a week ago to advise they might look into it.
That was all. No feedback. No comments. No report on whether they are going to return my monies that was from my account. I am still in the dark wondering if I will ever get any response from these.
It is the arrogance of these that frustrates the out of me. They have taken advantage of my financial details that I was forced to give to them, by taking increasing my debit orders over and above my contract value in order to give to MIRA. No permission was requested. No approval was requested from me... the owner of the money in the account. CellC simply took liberties to withdraw amounts that they wanted to share with MIRA. I want a refund of all my money. But CellC is avoiding me. CellC is avoiding answering how they approved payments without my approval. But more so, CellC is avoiding explaining HOW THEY INTEND ON REIMBURSING ME ALL THE MONEY THAT WAS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION.
