I find Cell C to be unreachable.
I want to port to Cell C and I recently spoke to Fezeka Magagula (who was very helpful at that stage) who did the complete credit check on me. She advised me to contact Nashua Mobile first and to complete my porting and termination documents, which I did. She provided me with her email address and said I should email her as soon as it is done, which I did and now there is absolutely no response after 2 follow up emails as well as trying to phone 084145 to get a new sales agent willing to assist me. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, I hang up.
If I am willing to pay a termination fee at Nashua Mobile and to port to Cell C, I expect better service.
Do you really want to sell contracts Cell C??
