Following my prior report, Fezeka Magagula still does not reply to my emails. I did the whole application with her and when I phoned the call centre this morning to follow up on the progress (which Fezeka also promised to keep me updated), there was no application found on my name?!
WHAT is going on Cell C?! This is disgusting service!
