TELKOM AGENTS - BAD ATTITUDES

I contacted the 10210 number on 07/03/2013 and spoke to Lesego. I needed to upgrade our internet speed. She advised me that she can only send an email to back office agents and it will take 48 hours to update.
Now this was all fine. When I asked her for a reference number for the call she told me to use her name as reference. When I asked her to provide me with her surname I was told she will not give it to me. I asked her again and again after she put the phone down in my ear!!!
There could be hundreds of Lesego's in Telkom!!! How can I use a name as a reference for my call???
