My Phone line was damaged during a storm in January. I reported it. Nothing happened. NO Reference number given. Eventualy I went to a Telkom Shop to try cancel the phone line. They said they can't cancel the phone line, couldn't give me a reference number - I had to send an email, which I did (8 April2013 15:59). Still nothing happened. I keep getting bills on a service that doesn't work, and that I now no longer want. I phoned again this afternoon, and after half an hour eventually spoke to a Lady who still couldn't cancel the phone line, or even give me a reference number. She gave me a different email address to send my complaint to, and the email (11Jun2013 16:24) just bounced back - "the recipient's mailbox is full".
Why must I pay for a service that doesn't work. If it doesn't work, why can't it be fixed. I fit can't be fixed, what do I have to do to cancel the service?
Is there anybody who can help me?
