FNB Cellphone banking incompetence

I bought R100 airtime on my cellphone, but instead of selecting MTN I selected Telkom prepaid. The purchase went through. I have been trying to reverse the payment since 27/03/2013. FNB told me they cannot help me and referred me to Telkom. Telkom cannot help me because the reference number cannot be traced on their systems. So i cannot even sell the R100 prepaid as there is no traceable reference. The e-mail notification from FNB with the Telkom reference is invalid.

So now FNB cannot help me by either rversing the R100 prepaid or giving me either the correct reference or the voucher number to give to Telkom.

Apparently neither FNB or Telkom have neber expererienced such a matter. I have been put through to various department telephonically at FNB and Telkom.

I have also gone into a FNB branch and also a Telkom branch.

How can such a simple matter not be resolved???
