Lack of Service & Response Time

On 5 December 2012, I requested that Altech activate the Airtime transfer option on my phone, I completed all the relevant documentation and mailed it to the Customer Services department that same day. Since then I have re-mailed and called them on numerous occasions and to date still do not have this "FREE" service activated on my contracted phone... 3 months... really...

I have been a client of them for many years and now seriously considering a change when my contract expires.

I also doubt that they will respond to this complaint as they never bothered with any of the others... how arrogant can you be...
