Failure to assist customers

My name is desmond jordaan and I have a cell contract through bayport cellular.. I have for the past two months send them about ten e-mails and phone calls requesting a sim swop. I have bought starter packs, but to date my sim has not been activated. every month they deduct my money out of my bank account without delay but I am without my airtime which expires after three months. every time I get a different story and last week I bought another starter pack as requested and sent the info to them. on Thursday I was told that my sim would be activated within 24 hours and on Friday the money was taken out of my account but to date I am still waiting on them. if this is how they treat their customers then I am going to stop future payment until my problem is solved. never in my life did I get such treatment from any company and I whould not recommend them to anybody. I just wish that I never took out a contract with them and that I can get to the end of the 24 months so that I can get a other service provider. all of you out there don't make use of bayport cellular.
