72 Hours and no response to FAULT

It's 72 hours since I reported a fault, no telephone or ADSL service.

I have called in twice, first time I was told it would be escalated.

Second time I was told to just wait my turn.

When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold, after 15minutes on Hold I abandoned the call.
