I went into the branch at 16:30 & wanted to see the technician to help me sort out my Bad Signal problem by installing new firm & software on my modem. At first I was told that he was "just out quickly", but after they called him the 3rd time, I was told at 17:15 (45minutes later) that he was on LUNCH!?!? NO ONE else could assist me & even their system was not working to check coverage in my area. I was then told that I must hand in my modem, but it will take between 7 & 21 working days, which means that I won't have internet for maybe more than a MONTH!!! I was not the only client with exactly the same complaint in the store at the time... I bought the 21mbs modem to increase my internet speed, but there is virtually no change & Cell C is supposed to be the fastest (excluding LTE). I did hand in a report for a technician to come check the signal in my area, but like the last time I complained, I do not think that this will be done soon... Cell C has great data packages, but poor service! PLEASE prove me wrong...
