I recently reported my upgraded new I pad to cell c & it was then taken for repairs, the time I reported my. I pad it was 2 days old. Well the I pad was brought back 3 days ago and it still gives me problems and this time the I pad that was brought back to me has scratches from the back. I don't know whether it was exchanged with an old one but I'm not happy with it and it doesn't function properly. Two months ago I reported cell c for blacklisting my name on ITC wrongfully because of their incompetence but I was never compensated the only thing that they gave me was an apology letter. I then queried this action that I was not happy with an apology letter then they said to me the only thing that they can do for me was to give me a free subscription for 6 months & still I was not happy with that because they've ruined my name & I can't buy anything or get a loan from any bank because of them. Now I keep receiving messages Quest threatning me to pay pay cell c because I'm currently in arrears with them! I don't know what to do with cell c anymore I just want them to cancel my contract because they treat their customers unfairly. Please help
