INCORRECT UPGRADE

Dear MTN ADMIN

on the 4th March i did a telephonic upgrade with Chezlin Raas when i called in to the 0839003325 number - as per call we discussed a top up package with the iphone 4S. on the 5th i incorrectly upgraded to an open line i lost 176 airtime and about 160 sms - i now have an unbilled amount of 450.00 which is not what i agreed upon, i called Chezlin back several times to rectify, a Shamiema called me on the 6th saying they working on it - please rectify correct package - i also called 808 to check balance and querry with acounts department they said they cant do anything till package is changed, PLZ SORT ASAP- i have a list of REF NUMBERS
