I want to complain. 3 weeks ago express telecoms called me with a data offer. I agreed and completed all documentation etc. on 18 march I got a sms saying that I was approved. on 20 march I got a sms with my ref number aand that my pakage would be delivered.
I have been waiting a week and been speaking to atleast 11 different people with no success!! everyone just puts me through to someone else. I've already spent one months payment on call costs and have no airtime left!!! I am very upset.
when at las someone could help me they said my package was a package and I should call another number. they still don't know whats going on and I spent a whole day waiting for my package to arrive.
in the meentime I'm losing business and money.
please can you sort this and deliver my package asap!
