Its been 6 weeks and my line relocation is STILL NOT COMPLETE. I have had 4 technicians arrive, of which every single one seems to take the same page out of the same book and tell me something I ALREADY KNOWN.

My DP (Diverting point) was changed, then changed back to the old one, and then a new technician came around and told me to get an electrician to run the cabling from the pole to my apartment. I DID THIS, PAID FOR IT... and now he was supposed to come yesterday (after I received a call from Telkom saying he will be there to connect the line).

I get home yesterday, absolutely nothing was done... and then I phone the call centre (which took me 28 minutes to get through...).. only to be told the last comment left was "The DP is Full"...

Seriously?

6 weeks for a line relocation so far... every single time I have to phone you useless people off my cell phone which costs me MONEY... then I pay for an electrician to run YOUR cables... It costs me MONEY... then you people still have the cheek to charge me line rental the past 6 weeks.. FOR A LINE I DON'T HAVE!!!

GET YOUR TOGETHER AND INSTALL MY LINE! STOP SENDING DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS THAT DONT DO ANYTHING!
