I Phoned the 8ta Call center for Invoices that I haven't received, and Lerato not only help me with a great attitude (though I was pretty short tempered by the time I got to her) SHE also phoned me back when the Invoices didn't come through in about two hours, even though she only expected them to go through late the afternoon because off high volume on their part.
Thank you Lerato for going that extra distance and phoning me back, that was a first on call center experiences.
