Is there something that FNB does not charge fo

I've been trying to clear my credit card for months now and have not been using it really, except for real emergencies and even then it was only for small amounts. Every other month I receive an sms from FNB saying that my account is in arrears or is over the limit. Then I phone them and ask them why this is as I have a debit order on the account anyway. They would then ARGUE with me and say that I've never had a debit order on this account, which I know is not true as I opened my account in 2007 and things have been fine until last year (2012). They would then reinstate my debit order but deduct the money from my check account on a day that I did not specify and the debit order then does not go through. They charge R 220 for that!! Now I'm trying to find all my statements and realise that I have not received 6 for 2011 and 2 for 2012. After asking for it I get a lady with a BAD attitude telling me that they will charge me R 18 per statement... for an e-mail. That is R 144 for ONE E-MAIL!!! Upon request to talk to a manager she tells me that they're all in a meeting. Aren't they always?
