Applied for package 3 weeks down the line no sim

I am trying to port from Vodacom to CellC. A lady called me on 21/2/2013 at 12:38 to get all my details details. The call lasted 16minutes. My contract was approved immediately on a straight up 400 contract for 6 months. This was rather painless and I felt I made the right decision.

A Promise was made that the Sim Card will be delivered to me at work in the CBD of Pretoria by the 26th or 27th of Feb 2013. This has not happened and after another call and emails to CellC customer care still not.

I have tried to follow up on my application but when I called 084140, I was told to phone 084145 and try again. Someone did call me back and said I already have a application that is active so I cancelled the new application.

This happened last week Thursday 28 Feb. The lady said I will receive my sim card soon.

This level of service is pathetic to say the least and one of the reasons why I wanted to move away from Vodacom.

Will I receive my sim card soon? If so when? If not, can someone call me to cancel the whole process so I can approach another service provider that actually wants new customers?

I am on pre-paid with vodacom at the moment which is highly irritating.
