I changed debit order details - Nashua acknowledged receipt and confirmed all in order - yet debit order went off old account - I then had to go and make a deposit.
Consultant confirms and acknowledge payment and says phone is not locked YET Nashua keeps soft locking the phone - it is on 1 minute then off the next.
I cannot operate like this and this was NASHUAS stuff up!
I have sent various mails and nothing - they just keep blocking me and sending me and my kids sms's
