SOFT LOCKING OF PHONE WHEN ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE

I have had a contract with Nashua mobile for 3 years now. i terminated my contract to open a new one with Nashua as i hadn't had any problems with them until 2-3 months ago. i had revived an sms to say that they will be blocking my phone because of over due amounts on Monday. Only to find out that they have not taken they termination off as i had paid it on the day i had cancelled the account, i had fought with them as they had said i needed to pay it 2 weeks latter. Then a lady by the name of JUDY GREEN had helped me sort it out. BUT still to this day on my statements 2-3 months latter it says it is still out standing and does not show on any of my statement that i have paid for the termination. when i phone the customer care line a lady by the name of IVY SHIBITI had told me that on their side it shows that it has been paid. but there is another amount that does not reflect on their side but reflects on my side is on my statement. i am still waiting for a phone call that they had promised to sort it out yesterday.
