Very bad service

On Mon 23/09/2013 I signed up for a new contract. Samsung S4 MTN200. There were not stock, but I said I will wait. They will phone me to collect. On Friday 27/09/2013 I went to the branch and asked if the stock has arrived and my phone was there. No phone call from anyone informing me of that. When I got home I noticed that the network is not available, thinking it will take a while to become active I waited. Sunday 29/09/2013 I went back to the branch and told them my phone is not active yet. I did a check on MTN site and the number is not yet RICA'd. WHY??? Apparently it was done on Sunday and was told to wait 2 hours. This is now Monday 30/09/2013 and still no service. MTN still says not RICA'd.

Apart from having a phone I can't use, it stated on the agreement that I will receive a car charger with it, but that was not given to me with the phone. When I asked about it on Sunday, I was told that they did not have stock. Why was I not informed about this? Nothing get sorted and you don't get any feedback or explanations.

This will be the last contract I take from you!!!
