I went into the MTN store in Clearwater Mall Roodepoort and wanted a sim card for my iPad device, while there there consultant a very helpful gentleman told myself and the missus about the deal on a Samsung tablet, we listened and then done the application. Two days later, I was called the line was approved, I then decided to just take a stand alone sim card. All fine, my shock came the end of December I was debited R339 when I signed up for a line of R119. January samething, MTN said they will fix it, come the middle of February the account is sorted and they don't refund my money as the account seems 100%. I need my money refunded as I am afraid this account will be a mess if the money is credited to my account. I need the money returned, cause now MTN just debits the correct amount and not the original contract amount. They battling now to find my signed agreement, when they can see they made a mistake and REFUND me my money incorrectly debited for (2) TWO months.
