Three months and cell c still hasn't debited my account. Tried contacting the call centre absolutely useless. Ntombi was on lunch. Left a message and explained my problem.i can't take calls during the day but I have explained my problem to the agents and still nothing. PLEASE FORWARD ME CELL C BANKING DETAILS CAUSE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE AT CELL C DO IT YOURSELF! I will have to do manual payments every month because cell c doesn't know how to set up a debit order to run off a clients I wish they explained this upfront. Guys save yourself the headache of dealing with cell c. Chose another.
