No feedback to reference S3-LGC38-8UKYH

I had money from my account as a result of an unauthorised SIM swap done by Vodacom (which they confirmed). This SIM swap resulted in the One-time-PIN to be used to access my funds.

To this day, from November (an e-mail correspondence which a Vodacom staff member responded to) til today, they have not come back to me with regard to giving feedback on the state of my query. the reference number is S3-LGC38-8UKYH.
