LACK OF RESPONSE - AFTER BOOKING PHONE IN

Still awaiting a reply to my query logged on 27/02/2013 ref number: REQ:1820934

Please note that I urgently need to book in another phone with MTN (just took the contract out at the beginning of the year and the phone is giving problems, I cannot take this phone in until I know the outcome of this initial log.

Please note that at this rate - all 3 of my lines are going to be cancelled with MTN - how will the best way to go forward with this - Been with MTN for over 7years! Thought having 3lines and spending over 600-00 a month I would of been seen too, clearly I'm not a corporate therefore not important

I am more than happy to hand in all the phones to MTN and break all ties with MTN, they have lost all future business with me.
