We always make time to complain about bad service but never commend deserving people when they get Customer Service right. I would like to commend the MTN Kenilworth Store and MTN in general. I have been to the store to return a faulty blackberry and my Samsung phone went in for repairs and both times my phones have been replaced with a minimum turn over time of between 3-5 working days. Apart from that the customer service at the store is great, I have changed service providers from Vodacom to MTN all because of the great customer service I have received from MTN Stores in comparison to Vodacom, the ladies there have attended to me swiftly every time and I wish that there were more people who are willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Thank you MTN and MTN Kenilworth. I have been to MTN stores in V&A, Cavendish and Cape Town and they are all welcoming. Customer Service is what sets you guys apart and with that loyalty is returned.
