Shocked by the service levels given

I got myself the new Note 3 last week and Ive had problems with Vodacom in every aspect.
Getting a new contract or phone is suppose to be a happy experience. When I got the note 3 (can I just say its an amazing phone) I struggled to register the sim to the network.

These are SOME answers i got :

Call 1: it will be activated within 24 hours

Call 2: you need to remove the sim for 5 hours

Instore personel solved the query.

This is my 4th contract with vodacom. My installment for all lines go through on the last day of the month, and as per normal it did.
On 3 October my phones got softlocked as I exceeded my account limit. You would think it gets taken into consideration when taking out a new contract. I then called vodacare and got transferred to 3 or 4 different departments to find out whats going on. I then got through to a lady whom said i must pay 1000 zars to activate my accounts... this... 3 days after my installment went off.

I use to be a fan of vodacom and always disagreed with people saying they are a terrible network provider. Sadly, now, I agree.

I also never got advised about this risk. Im phoneless and vodacom care should be renamed to vodacom careless.
