Quite impressed with the efficiency of MTN Direct.
Went to a branch that was out of stock and they said it would take 7-10 days.
Then called MTN Direct, and was impressed that everything could be done over the phone. Contract approved in less than 24 hours. And delivery in good time (slightly earlier than expected).
Kubera was good over the phone and took me through the process efficiently.
I am very happy that I did not have to go to the branch at all, and appreciate the free sim and delivery.
Overall very efficient, and pleasant service from Kubera!
