Hi,

I applied online for a top up contract online, about 4-6 days later I eventually received a call from Able to process the contract, on the 14th Oct 2013, he said he would notify me of the approval the next day. Then it went quiet for another few days till I received a sms on the 18th Oct 2013 that it was approved and I should await a call from the courier company. Its now the 24th and when I called MTN Direct on the 23rd Oct2013, I'm told that they only processed my paperwork on the 22nd Oct 2013, but as I explained that I'm relocating next week, I was told that they would make sure that my phone reached the courier company last night. This morning when I call, Im told nothing has been done as of yet, and Able is unavailable. When I applied online the expected delivery time was 10 days, and we have exceeded that time. Extremely disappointed, I should have just gone and done it at the store.
