Phone goes faulty after two months

Bought the phone 26/11/2012 and paid cash for it and after 2 months the screen starts fading. I waited for my other faulty phone to be fixed before I could send this one in. I send my phone in at Vodacare Sandton and was told they could not pick up my phone as a vodacom phone. Strange seeing as it was bought only about 4 months ago from Vodacom 4u in Carlton Centre. I was told someone would call me later to confirm if the phone was a vodacom phone. I was called by someone who sounded like she was paying me for her to be at work. I was told I needed to send my receipt to them as they cannot pick up the phone's activation date. Also strange seeing as you are required to activate the sim card before leaving the store. I told the rude lady I was driving and asked her to sms me the e-mail address I needed to send me receipt to. She hung up before I was finished speaking and i still have not received the sms with the e-mail details. This is disgusting service I have received three times in less than 2 months. My contract to due to expire soon. Perhaps its time to move to a different service provider.
