It seems that although cell c can choose a good campaign, they can't afford to back it up. I ported my number to Cell C. On the day of the change over I was able to receive calls, but not make any; when I phoned their customer care number and followed all the voice prompts- to speak to a consultant, I finally get told " sorry system can't provide the service for you now" I tried many times and all the different choice options and still the system can't provide the service. I do wish that when you are offered what seems like a good deal, you would be told that in lew of the great pricing structure you will have to forgo all customer service, so that I could choose cheap calls with NO. customer service or average priced calls and service
