Black berry BIS and not recieving emails

On the 16th january i ported my Vodacom number to Cell C because i make a lot of calls to Nigeria and the charges are low, i have paid the full BIS subscription to send and receive emails for both my email address one personal other work email. Since last week Tuesday 21/1/2014 i could no longer send or receive emails on my Blackberry 9360. I have made numerous calls to the customer care and the technical department and i am just told to do the same thing over and over by each consultant i speak to even after explaining to them its not working and that i have tried it already. if they check my number they will see how many times i have called in the last week. No one in both customer care of technical department seem to know what to do Yet i have paid for this facility, Now i can only add one hotmail address and it wont even allow me to add my work email just gives an option to add a blackberry address. I regret ever changing to Cell C as its quite clear their BIS service is not up to standard.
