Why did I ever choose cellc as a cell phone network I ask my self, I have been a customer since 2010 but according to your "customer care' agent Nombuleo it seems that us customers are more of a pain then anything else. I called customer care for help as I could not download any content on my S4 and having called cellc a thousand times because they either did not change my banking details or suspended my line for no reason I am very familiar with the process of been a contact customer and the security checks when speaking to this rude agent the 1st thing I said do you need my cell number or id number she tells me no just tell her what I want, I then explained my issue after she then says she needs my cell number??? Seriously??? I then give her my cell number which I know appears on the system she then tells me in her attitude voice I need to go slow because she needs to write it down, after much debate with her and her ego I asked for a manager and i can understand when an agent asks why do I need to speak to a manager but after telling me I should not speak to her in a way that she feels uncomfortable with who the do I complain to for the way she spoke to me???
