Hi I loaded my account with a R100.00 on the 27:02:2013 round about to 7 the morning however the airtime was never allocated to my account I then call the call center to have them load the airtime for me and the consultant tells me to send them my bank statement in order for them to allocate the airtime. I might sound unreasonable however I do not want to send the company my bank statement with all the going on in south-africa as well as my statement contains personal details like my bank acc number as well as other things which I'm paying. I don't request things from places which I did not purchase however if they really want to know whether the purchase is a true reflection of my word the can contact my bank as the transaction was runned via cell phone banking as there is no way I'm sending them my bank statement which I need to pay for to make their jobs convenient as this was not my mistake they should fix their systems to render a proper service.please assist me in this regard clarish
